Terms & Conditions:
You cannot proceed with your booking online or by telephone unless you accept the Terms & conditions so please familiarise yourself with the terms of the booking.
- Only children from the same family ie siblings can be booked online at any one time.
- The Family Discount only applies to siblings.
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately, once booking is complete.
- Please contact the office for group bookings.
- Starcamp is open to children between the ages of 4 to 12.
- We recommend that if your child is not already in Primary school, that they are at least beginning their 2nd year of the ECCE Scheme.
- It is important to inform Starcamp of all necessary Medical & other information including age accurately to ensure your child can participate fully in camp. Further verification may be sought if necessary.
- Starcamp will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside camp hours.
- Cancellations made up to 10 days before the camp begins will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before the camp. There is a €/£10 charge for any changes made to an original booking.
- A €20 deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by Starcamp.
- Starcamp reserves the right to make date/venue changes if necessary. Starcamp will run according to government guidelines and may change its programme in order to adhere to same.
- In the event that the camp is not permitted to run due to Health Guidelines in relation to COVID19 Starcamp will change your booking to Easter/Summer 2026.Alternatively Starcamp will issue a credit note which will be valid for 5 years. Starcamp will operate to the highest safety standards.
- Summer Camps run for 5 days Monday to Friday except the August Bank Holiday Camp is 4 Days(Tue-Fri).
- Easter & Halloween camps run for 4 days.
- In consideration of the acceptance of above named student in Starcamp the applicant agrees that Starcamp and / or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed-no refund will be made.
- Our leaders will not administer any medications or monitor other medical conditions. Camp participants with medical conditions must be capable of self-monitoring and self-administering unless administered by a parent/guardian throughout the week. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form and or discussed with us you must inform us prior to your Camp.
- Parents/guardians should not enter a camp venue during the day. You must arrange this via phone call to our head office.
- A lost and found box will be left at the venue during the week of camp. Please ensure your child takes all belongings home on the final day. Starcamp accepts no responsibility for any items left behind. Any Items left thereafter will be donated to charity.
- The use of mobile phones are not permitted in Starcamp, except in exceptional situations where approval has been requested from a staff member.
- Starcamp reserve the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Places are allocated on first come first served basis. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident. A confirmation email will be sent as proof of booking. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use.
