Starcamp is also an ideal opportunity for candidates with existing stage schools to develop their business to its maximum potential. It has been proven that a franchise grows at a far more rapid pace than an organically grown business. There is also the added bonus of ideas and suggestions being shared amongst co-owners, the continual offer of back up and support and the business risk factor being greatly reduced.

Standards:

Starcamp standards are very high. As a Starcamp director you must provide interesting, varied and exciting classes on an ongoing basis. It is vital to form relationships with your students, to be able to relate to each of them individually and to ensure that they are getting as much from this Stage School as they possibly can. You must recognise and remember at all times that the core Starcamp ethos is the building of self esteem and confidence in children, this is what our brand is built on and this must be carried out at all times.
