STARCAMP is on the lookout for enthusiastic CAMP Managers & Leaders to join our 2025 Easter & Summer Camp teams.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Are you someone who loves working with children, thrives in a fun environment, and has a flair for performance? Whether you’re studying or fully qualified, we want YOU, especially if you are:
- A primary or post-primary teacher (or in training) with a love for creativity.
- A dance, drama, or singing instructor ready to inspire the next generation.
- A dedicated SNA or someone with experience working with children in any capacity.
- A college student pursuing teaching, performing arts, or related fields.

WHAT MAKES A STAR-STUDDED CAMP LEADER?
To shine at STARCAMP, you’ll need:
- Passion for working with children and the performing arts.
- A vibrant, outgoing personality which helps to make kids feel special.
- Responsibility and professionalism – we rely on you to create unforgettable experiences!
- A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow as part of a supportive team.
- Availability to attend training and complete Garda Vetting (we’ll guide you through it).

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?
Right now! Applications for 2025 are open, and interviews are ongoing. Spots fill up fast, so don’t wait
CAN I WORK IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Absolutely! List all the locations and dates you’re available for in your application. While we’ll do our best to place you in your preferred location, flexibility increases your chances of joining our team.
IS TRAINING PROVIDED?
Yes! All staff attend an engaging, interactive training day (non-paid) and complete online training to prepare you for an incredible camp experience.
DO I NEED TO BE GARDA VETTED?
Yes, Garda Vetting is mandatory. Don’t worry – we’ll send you all the details to make the process easy.
WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION?
STARCAMP camps are non-residential, so staff are expected to arrange their own accommodation and travel.
